The Piazza offers buyers a unique buying experiencing by allowing the buyer to choose the type of granite they would like in their kitchen/bathrooms, the type of kitchen backsplash, the color of the accent wall, the tile design for the bathroom floor/shower, and the type of flooring used in the kitchen/living room.  The Piazza has 3 model units that potential buyers can view to pick out their custom finishes.

Step 1- The buyer views the model units and picks the features he/she wants

Step 2- A contract is signed with an upgrade amendment

Step 3- The condo is upgraded accoridng to the buyers specifications

Step 4- The buyer closes and moves in
